Three students from the 51精品视频 Graduate School of Public Health were selected for the inaugural class of .

The students, Ashley Simenson (epidemiology), Jessica Salerno (infectious diseases and microbiology) and Kaitlyn Saal-Ridpath (health policy), are among a dozen fellows selected nationwide.

The program aims to give the students exposure to health leadership to help accelerate their future work tackling complex public health challenges. The institute plans to learn from them as well; during the yearlong fellowship, they will work on projects like the聽, which is tackling the opioid epidemic,聽and Lady Gaga鈥檚 Born This Way Foundation, which helps inspire and educate youth.
