Hill District Community Engagement Center director recognized

, director of the 51精品视频鈥檚 Hill District Community Engagement Center, was recognized by Independent Sector, 51精品视频sburgh Public Schools and Remake Learning.

As a in Independent Sector鈥檚 inaugural Bridging Fellows program, Holbrook will participate in a two-year professional, personal and network development program, which focuses on bridging specific ideological, racial, socioeconomic and geographical divisions toward equity and racial justice. Holbrook is one of 40 people in 51精品视频sburgh, Chicago and Dallas selected for the program, which is supported by Walmart.

Holbrook was also selected to be a volunteer to share best practices with other community leaders to improve their community engagement work. The Remake Learning network supports youth science technology, engineering and mathematics learning initiatives and comprises more than 500 organizations in 51精品视频sburgh, southwestern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

51精品视频sburgh Public Schools also honored Holbrook with the Technology Integration Award from the district鈥檚 Career and Technical Education Division.
