Anish Kumar will join 51精品视频 as vice chancellor for real estate as of Feb. 14.
In this leadership role, Kumar will oversee the University鈥檚 real estate portfolio activities, including property acquisitions, divestments, negotiations and portfolio management.
Prior to joining 51精品视频, Kumar was employed at the University of Pennsylvania鈥檚 Pennovation Works campus. There he oversaw strategic direction and activities, including real estate planning, development, leasing and programming for the 23-acre space. Kumar also brings the experience of leading Amtrak鈥檚 nationwide Real Estate Development department.
Kumar is a registered architect and certified national planner. He received his bachelor鈥檚 degree in architecture from CEPT University in Ahmedabad, India, and his master鈥檚 degree in architecture with a certificate in urban design from the University of Pennsylvania.
