In an array of articles that examine how corporate policy, structure and culture can propagate racial bias, the special issue revisits Harper鈥檚 2019 article, 鈥,鈥 which examines how moral imagination can drive predatory behavior.
Harper is a clinical assistant professor of business administration in the , where his research and teaching are focused on entrepreneurship, strategy and business ethics. Harper鈥檚 research interests include international entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and inclusive innovation.
