The 51精品视频 at Bradford recently recognized nine members of its faculty who are celebrating milestone service anniversaries this year.
, associate professor of sociology, was recognized for 40 years of service. Klausner is the second-longest serving member of the faculty. He teaches a variety of sociology courses, including Deviance, Intro to Sociology, Socialization, Organizational Behavior, and Sociological Theory. 鈥淚 love them all,鈥 he said.
, professor of economics, and Helene Lawson, professor of sociology, were each honored for 25 years of service.
Gajanan is the chair of the Division of Management and Education and teaches Introduction to Microeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Economics of the Modern World, Econometrics & Forecasting, Economics of Energy & Environment, and Industrial Organization and Game Theory. He is the co-author of 鈥淣utrition Economics,鈥 the first book to examine the economics of nutrition policy.
Lawson is the director of the sociology program and teaches Introduction to Sociology; Gender, Race and Ethnicity; Images of Men and Women in Media; Sociology of Work and Society; Global Society; and Inequality. She is co-author of 鈥淭he Cultural Study of Work鈥 and is active in the American Sociological Society, particularly the Animals in Society section.
Recognized for 15 years of service were Kira Leck, associate professor of psychology; Nancy McCabe, professor of writing; and BioDun Ogundayo, associate professor of French and comparative literature.
Leck teaches Introduction to Psychology, Social Psychology, Personality Theories, Prejudice and Discrimination, and Close Relationships.聽McCabe teaches courses in fiction, poetry, feature and memoir writing and is the author of four memoirs and a novel.聽Ogundayo speaks four languages and teaches undergraduate courses in French and literature.
Other faculty members honored were Tony Gaskew, associate professor of criminal justice, 10 years; Mary K. Boser, assistant professor of nursing, 10 years; and Martha M. Dibble, instructor of nursing, five years.
