51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ-Johnstown is now a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary

has been recognized for their efforts towards environmental stewardship and has been recertified as an . 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ-Johnstown earned the certification in 2019 and is the first college campus to be certified in Pennsylvania.

bestows certification to organizations that demonstrate leadership and commitment in areas such as environmental planning, wildlife and habitat management, water quality and conservation, resource management, and outreach and education. Recertification is required every three years to maintain the designation.

Nestled in the Laurel Highlands, the Johnstown campus also boasts two  — the John P. Murtha Center and the Nursing and Health Sciences Building — as well as Ìý²¹²Ô»åÌý across campus.
