51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ once again ranked a top employer for new grads

The 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ has been named among the by Forbes for the second year in a row.

Forbes recognized 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ as one of the top 300 employers in America for new grads, spanning all industries, at No. 139. Within higher education, 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ ranked at No. 13, ahead of other universities including Ohio State University and Harvard University.

The 2022 rankings were based on a survey of 20,000 Americans with less than 10 years’ professional experience at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents evaluated their employers on a variety of factors including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunity for advancement, and effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts.
