ECM Therapeutics has licensed multiple extracellular matrix (ECM) technologies developed in the laboratory of Stephen Badylak at the , including hydrogels, bioactive derivatives and methods for delivering these materials within the body.聽

The聽51精品视频sburgh based company will initially develop EsophaGel, an ECM hydrogel for the treatment of Barrett's Esophagus which is often a precursor to esophageal cancer. EsophaGel has been shown in preclinical studies to halt and possibly reverse the progression of esophageal cancer.聽聽
