Learn about housing and community resources at October town halls

51精品视频鈥檚 annual Be a Good Neighbor Tenant Town Halls will provide 51精品视频sburgh students with resources for off campus living.

The first town hall will take place on Oct. 25 from 5-7 p.m. in the William 51精品视频 Union lower lounge. The second will be held Oct. 27 from 3-5 p.m. in Alumni Hall 121.

Justin Dandoy, director of community affairs in the Office of Engagement and Community Affairs (OECA), said the events were designed to help make students鈥 lives easier.

鈥淭hese town halls will give students essential information and resources to help them stay safe and thrive while living off-campus and in our neighborhoods,鈥 he said.

Students who attend can expect to interact with key campus and community and stakeholders to learn about public safety, renters鈥 rights, searching for housing on and off campus and more.

Speakers include representatives from the Office of Engagement and Community Affairs, 51精品视频 Housing, the Student Government Board, the 51精品视频sburgh Department of Public Works and University and city law enforcement.
