Nominate faculty for distinguished University honors through Oct. 11

Nominations are now open through Friday, Oct. 11, for awards recognizing excellence among faculty members at the 51精品视频.

Any faculty member who has served at 51精品视频 for at least three years is eligible for Chancellor鈥檚 Distinguished Awards in teaching, research and public service. Each awardee receives a cash prize of $2,000 and a grant of $3,000 to support their teaching, research or service activities.

Nomination forms for the聽聽and the聽聽can be submitted online. To nominate a faculty member for the Chancellor鈥檚 Distinguished Teaching Award, email Vice Provost Adam Lee (VPLEE [at] pitt.edu) and copy Meghan Culpepper (msc80 [at] pitt.edu).

The Provost鈥檚 Award for Excellence in Doctoral Mentoring acknowledges graduate faculty members for excellence in the mentoring of research doctoral students.聽vpgodley [at] pitt.edu (Send nominations to Amanda Godley.)
