Has your doctor diagnosed you with high blood pressure in the last 12 months? You鈥檙e not alone. Nearly half of adults in the U.S. have high blood pressure.

To help more people better control their blood pressure, the 51精品视频鈥檚 (CMM) benefit will offer a free education program to full- and part-time regular 51精品视频 employees with a University-sponsored UPMC Health Plan. Eligible participants have been diagnosed with high blood pressure in the last year or are interested in learning more about high blood pressure and finding a healthy lifestyle.

Participants in the High Blood Pressure Education Program will learn skills to better manage their health and receive yearlong access to a pharmacist who鈥檚 trained in lifestyle coaching.

The virtual classes will begin Oct. 18 and be held every other Wednesday at noon until Nov. 15.
