On Dec. 17, the 51精品视频 at Greensburg celebrated its August and December graduates with its first winter graduation celebration.

Students gathered in Smith Hall with their family and friends as well as campus faculty and staff to hear congratulatory remarks from 51精品视频-Greensburg President Robert Gregerson, 51精品视频-Greensburg Alumni Association President Michel T. Keller and Vice President for Academic Affairs Jacqueline Horrall. The ceremony鈥檚 graduating student speaker was Jenna Dale.

鈥淲e have traditionally held one commencement ceremony at the conclusion of the spring semester,鈥 Gregerson said. 鈥淭his year, we initiated a new tradition and held our first winter graduation celebration to honor our summer and fall 2024 graduates.听Recognizing these students鈥 achievements and joining in the celebration with their families and guests was immensely gratifying for all. We look forward to continuing this important event at the conclusion of each fall semester.鈥

Thirty-nine students completed their degree requirements during the summer and fall semesters. Majors represented in the December ceremony included criminal justice, management-accounting, data analytics, biological science, psychology, communication and information technology.

The graduates and their families were also invited and encouraged to participate in the campus鈥 annual spring commencement ceremony, to be held May 3.
