Emerging Filmmakers Honored at the Second Japan Documentary Film Award
Join The Japan Council of the 51精品视频 and the Asian Studies Center's SCREENSHOT: ASIA Sept.聽24-26 at the second biennial 51精品视频 Japan Documentary Film Awards.聽The grand prize winner is "An Ant Strikes Back" (Ari Jigoku聽Tengoku), directed by Tokachi Tsuchiya, and an honorable mention goes to "Book-Paper-Scissors" (Tsutsunde, Hiraite), directed by Nanako Hirose.
Starting Sept.聽24, the films will be and will include an introduction by the filmmaker and a Q&A discussion of the film with the director. s.
