2 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ-Greensburg students presented their honors research on genetics

Junior Justin Crookston and sophomore Taylor Podob, both biological science majors at the 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ at Greensburg, presented their research from an honors project in January.

Led by Assistant Professor Logan Johnson, the two studied drosophila — better known as fruit flies — as part of an honors designated genetics course at 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ-Greensburg. Around 20 students attended the talk on their findings. The experience received funding support from 51¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ-Greensburg’s Academic Village and the David C. Frederick Honors College.
