COVID-19 vaccinations are safe, effective and help protect people from getting sick or severely ill with COVID-19. They can also help protect people around you. If you do not have a vaccine yet, please聽.听

51精品视频 students, faculty and staff who are vaccinated against COVID-19 are eligible to聽win prizes, including up to聽$2,500from the University.

Complete this聽聽to be entered for a chance to win prizes during weekly drawings starting on Wednesday, June 23. The sooner you are vaccinated and complete the survey, the more opportunities you have to win.听

The form is very short and will take less than a minute to complete. Drawings will be held each week through Aug. 6.听.

A pitt.edu login is required to verify your University status. Other employees or students will not have access to your data鈥攊ndividual responses will remain private.
